Fitness Instructor, Founder

Liz is a passionate fitness instructor, actress, voiceover artist, and mental health advocate. With nearly a decade in the fitness industry, as well as a background in theatrical dance, Liz is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals. With a focus on holistic well-being, Liz's approach emphasizes the importance of mindful movement and self-compassion. Through her classes, she aims to create a supportive and empowering environment for her clients to explore their physical and mental capabilities. Liz’s greatest wish is that you end one of her online classes, not only dripping in sweat, but feeling a little more centered and whole than when you first pushed play.

Liz lives on The Main Line in Pennsylvania with her husband, two children, and Sheepadoodle Bella.
